Several of these would make a fun toy tea set for little boys. My grandsons sure love them! 🙂

Kids Toy Tea Sets is participating in Wordless Wednesday at 5 Minutes for Mom where you can discover more interesting Photo Fun!  And for regular updates all about kids toy tea sets, as well as fun ideas for a little girls or boys tea party invitation, ideas for a cute menu for a tea party,  and more

Do you have an older child in your family who still enjoys a girls tea party using her very own tea set? Is she looking for something bigger and more special than her older kids toy tea sets? Is your heart saying, "Yes, yes, yes," but your budget saying, "No, no no?"

A fun way to make a special kids toy tea set, that isn't really a toy and is often quite affordable, is to spend time together visiting yard sales, estate sales, thrift stores such as Goodwill, and sometimes even antique stores. When you spot one or more vintage tea cups, tea saucers, and a teapot at reasonable prices, go ahead and buy it.

After several of these pleasant outings, we eventually wind up with wonderful memories and delightful vintage girls tea sets for a reasonable price. Your child can have so much fun entertaining her friends with her very own special "grown up" tea set. You can smile at them, stress-free, knowing it's OK if anything gets broken. You just have to visit another yard sale or two to replace the broken piece.

And if the set does last through their childhood, think what a special girls tea set it will be when she is all grown up. She can continue to enjoy serving her adult friends on the same set she used for her childhood buddies. As long as we're daydreaming in the future, keep on the timeline to when she, perhaps, has a little girl. She could then pass on this hand-gathered children's tea set to that child, knowing how easily she can add to it or replace broken pieces, as well.

What a fun and lovely tradition to start with your child and her little to big girls tea set and tea party fun!
